One side is silky and the other side is make of minky (feels like fur) with raised dots. Ribbons are sewn in made of different textures. Babies can learn, play, and explore and/or just use it for a small "blanky" instead of getting attached to a large blanket that's difficult to carry around. To order, email your choice .
